Acceptance

By creating an account or using Hostupa, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

Hostupa provides file hosting and static website publishing. You upload files, we serve them from a hosted URL. We provide features including custom domains, password protection, analytics, email capture, team collaboration, QR codes, and more depending on your plan.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

Acceptable use

You may not use Hostupa to host illegal content, malware, phishing pages, spam, content that infringes intellectual property, or content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Hostupa a limited license to store, serve, and display your content as necessary to provide the hosting service.

Billing and payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Polar. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy. Free trials automatically downgrade to the free plan upon expiry.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions.

Limitation of liability

Hostupa is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
