Permitted use

Hostupa is designed for hosting legitimate static content including websites, documents, presentations, images, PDFs, portfolios, menus, event pages, and similar files. You may use the service for personal, educational, or commercial purposes.

Prohibited content

You may not host: malware, viruses, or malicious code; phishing pages or credential harvesting; content that violates copyright or intellectual property laws; illegal content including CSAM; spam or bulk unsolicited content; content promoting violence, hate, or discrimination; deceptive or fraudulent content.

Prohibited activities

You may not: use the service to conduct DDoS attacks or network abuse; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; circumvent usage limits or billing controls; use automated tools to create bulk accounts; resell the service without authorization.

Enforcement

We review reports of policy violations and may take action including content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination. We aim to provide notice before taking action except in cases of illegal content or immediate harm.
