Free plans and trials
The free plan and free trials do not involve any charges, so no refunds are applicable.
Paid plans
If you are unsatisfied with a paid plan, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests after 14 days are handled on a case-by-case basis.
How to request a refund
Use the contact form at www.hostupa.com/contact with your account email and the reason for your refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.
Cancellations
You can cancel your paid plan at any time from the billing page. Your plan features remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank before contacting us, we may suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly.
